Bridges and Beyond Story

Possessing a contagious enthusiasm, Ms. Becky has been an amazing asset for Bridges and Beyond. Her warmth, creativity and drive makes her a perfect educator. Ms Becky's motto: 

“We have got work to do. We can cry about it or we can dance about it.
We were made to be awesome.  Let’s get out there!  I don’t know everything, I’m just a kid, I do know this:  It’s everybody’s duty to give the world a reason to dance.”

My name is Kate Antonelli. I have been a part of the Bridges and Beyond Family since 2009. I have been the Teachers assistant, for most of those years, but have stepped into the role of 2 yr old Teacher for the last couple of years. I love being a preschool teacher because it’s a magical stage of development where children’s curiosity, and creativity are boundless. The joy of fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment makes teaching a truly rewarding experience.

The love of learning starts early and should never end. My hopes to teach this love of learning through creating art, exploring science, getting messy and making friends

I call my students “my kids” because in our year together theyaren’t just kids on m class list, they become part of my heart.

Teaching preschool is a wondrous adventure. I love being greeted each daywith open hearts, limitless enthusiasm and fearless curiosity, but the spontaneous dances, sillysongs and heartfelt “I love you’s” are by far my favorite part.

I am so excited to be joining the Bridges & Beyond Preschool Team! As a long-time educator, I have a passion & true understanding of the importance of Early Education.  One of my 3 amazing daughters still attends Bridges & we love it so much, I decided to teach.  I am looking forward to a fun & playful school year!
