• Two weeks written notice is required for withdrawal
• No refunds for absences, holidays, or temporary closures

4. Hours of Operation

Our regular hours of operation are:

• Children must be picked up by closing time
• Late pickup fees may apply
• We observe major holidays and may have scheduled closures

5. Health and Safety

• Children must be free from fever, vomiting, or contagious illness
• Sick children will be isolated and parents contacted for pickup
• All accidents and incidents will be documented and reported
• Emergency contact information must be current at all times
• Medications require written authorization and proper labeling

6. Behavior and Discipline

We use positive guidance techniques including:

• Redirection and natural consequences
• Encouraging appropriate behavior
• Setting clear, consistent limits
• Working with families to address behavioral concerns

Corporal punishment is never used. Persistent behavioral issues may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

7. Photography and Media

We may photograph or video children during activities for educational purposes, documentation, and promotional materials. Parents will be notified and consent will be obtained as required.

8. Liability

While we maintain appropriate insurance and take reasonable precautions, parents acknowledge that participation in preschool activities carries inherent risks. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
